Refund policy

 Don't love it? We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase on items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and have the receipt. 

Earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons. 

If your order was shipped to you, it is the customers responsibility to ship it back to Orchard Clothing at their cost. To process a return please contact us for instructions and we will provide an RA number as well as the address for return. Once we receive it in the condition stated above we will process the items.

If you received the items through contactless delivery please contact us as we might be able to pick it up for return if it is close to another delivery, if we are unable to pick it up.
