This appointment takes place in our private shopping area with our styling consultants. This area is away from the other fitting rooms and reserves the consultant to work with just you at that time.

Whether you need help for just an outfit for an event, or an entire new wardrobe in a private setting we are here to help.

STEPS:

  • Please select the time you will need for your appointment as per our recommended times below:
    1.  Styling one outfit - minimum 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
    2.  Seasonal shopping - minimum 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
    3. Wardrobe overhaul - min 2 hours to 3 hours.

When scheduling a time it does not mean the appointment will take the entire time but allows for time for the consultant to be booked just for you.

  • Check your email - we will email you a brief online form to find out more about you and what you are looking for.
  • We will confirm back that we received it and make sure that the time allotted is sufficient for what you are looking for.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free contactless delivery to all orders in Strathroy & London and surrounding areas. If you have questions about our free delivery zones please contact us through the Contact Us page. 

Strathroy deliveries will be same day/ next day and London deliveries occur every other week. Date for London deliveries are subject to change without notice. If your order is impacted we will contact you.

Free shipping is offered on orders equaling to $150 or more before tax within Canada. 

A standard $13.00 shipping charge will apply to all other orders either below $150 or outside of our delivery area and within Canada. 

 

Returns

Don't love it? We are happy to provide a refund within 15 days of purchase and exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase on items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and have the receipt. 

ALL SALE ITEMS & EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE.

If your order was shipped to you, it is the customers responsibility to ship it back to Orchard Clothing at their cost. To process a return please contact us for instructions and we will provide an RA number as well as the address for return. Once we receive it in the condition stated above we will process the items. Items eligible for a store credit or exchange minus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you qualified for free shipping on your part our total cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the refund.

If you received the items through contactless delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to bring it back within the timeframe stated above.
